What a bunch of wild and crazy people !
100 miles with 9000 feet climb? Now that is crazy (read that as "I'm envious").
I lubed up the knees by going through the C25K program and decided to pick up the bike to do some cross training.
I used to ride a lot but had some knee problems. I hope that if I start up slowly, I can avoid these issues.
Went out for a short half hour ride and all went well. Even the old Puch did well, other than a squeaky rear brake that I need to take care of.
I'll post a pic of the old bike. It has served me well for many miles.
