Synopsis of Ride: Late start riding from Carlsbad to Irvine using the usual route through Pendleton, then explored the Aliso Creek Bike Path (what a gem!) Surprised Pa, had a brief visit, then headed back. Many stoplights. Feeling pretty good, but decided to grab the train from San Juan Cap to O'side, so I'd have a little left in the tank to make more miles tomorrow. (Only had time to ride 74 miles the next day.) Presently ahead of schedule for my thousand-mile month!
