I wouldn't call that an even trade, The Trek looks to have a lot of use on it, nor would I pay 250 for the Trek.

That aside start with the basics... is it even the correct size, did you look it over to see how operational it is? Yours looks to be pretty ready to go, the Trek looks to need some love.

Look around a little more.
