Year of origin, what parts could be original, etc...
Any info's much appriciated, I'm a total amateaur, but I'd like to know as much as possible.

-Maillard atom hubs, 79 21 printed on them (apparently that means the 21th week of 1979)

-Friko touring super handlebar
