I doubt it. Tri frames typically have a 76-78 degree seat tube while road geoemetry is 73 or so. That puts your legs and torso forward. Another thing is tri bikes usually don't have much of the steerer of the fork left because the rider needs to have a flat back on the aero bars. Add drop bars to that and you end up with very low bars in relation to the saddle.
