+1 $300 to $325 around here. I would leave the yellow bar tape, and add yellow cable housing. You can buy lined colored housing at Niagara in 50 foot rolls: red, yellow, blue and green as I recall (plus black and white of course). Its around $12 a roll as I recall. Can make a vintage bike pop.
