Couple things: 1) if the friend says she's into you, the pressure is off of you. Just relax and treat her to a fun time. 2) don't take her to her favorite restaurant, find something new. Doesnt even matter if it sucks, something only you two share creates intimacy. Imagine how many other people she's gone to her favorite place with...
Anyways, that's my advice.
