I rode 22.4 miles today. I have been averaging a little over 20 miles a day, 5-6 days a week for the last few weeks. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to visit the forums! It is really hot and humid, if I am not out by 8 am, I don't go! I got out around 7:30 this morning and that felt about as late as I wanted to go, it is really brutal right now.
