Bikes: Custom built tourer, custom electric bike, beaters everywhere

The one I bought is in a 'no-logo' box in French and English (typical for Canada). I bought it at a discount food store that has a dollar store section. It was $5 Canadian, or currently around $4 US.

Has anyone seen these for sale in the US? If so where can you find them?
