I got on my bike at about 3:30 Monday. I agree on the heat, it is pretty awful. I only saw one other guy riding on the trail. Although it is hot I still managed to get in about 20 miles. I too try to get in around 20 miles a day, 5-6 days a week. I will be going again this evening if the rain holds off.
