At your level of experience and budget I honestly feel the bike is secondary to the shop. As ptle said all the bikes will be very similar. Most importantly you need to find a shop that will insure a correct fit and you need to find a shop where you trust and like the employees. It will make all the difference at this point in your cycling hobby.
