I like Fizik tape too. You have options when it comes to color. Black, Celeste are the two that come to mind. White might work, if you can match the color of the decals, blue might work too.
As for tires, the hot tires, according to the road forum, are Michelin Pro 3, Michelin Krylium, Continental GP4000. I've seen a few Vittoria names thrown in, but not as much as those three.
