I've looked very closely at the Fizik tape and my only concern regards whether or not it's padded enough, which is why I've ended up going back to cork time and time again. It's just so darn cushy... In Arizona we don't really have a problem with rain/wetness, but we definitely do have our share of uneven and potholed roads.
