72 hours? I give blood all the time and the usual warning is 24 hours. Hmmm. Maybe because of weather conditions?

No commutes this week so far. We bought a new house Friday and were told the keys would be available Monday "sometime" and I'd have to pick them up 3 towns over so I drove just in case. Of course, they didn't call about the keys until after I was already home from work.

Yesterday we moved in; no work so no commute.

I managed to throw my back out yesterday despite hiring movers to do the work (I'm not the type to stand and watch other people work, even if I'm paying them). By last night it was in constant spasm. I felt better this morning after pounding fluids overnight and taking a double dose of Aleve, but I didn't want to push it.

Tomorrow: first commute from the new location--a piddly 3.3 miles from the office! Next week I'll start looking at ways to stretch the commute.
