I was thinking, just after I posted to give NR a hard time about his recent food-intake story, that I routinely eat Pop-Tarts for breakfast before organized century rides.

(It's, like, tradition now, or something, I guess. If I'm starting from home, though, I just eat what I would normally eat . . . which is *not* Pop-Tarts.
