Seeing the additional pics I'm going concur with the opinion that it has been repainted. And add that the painter took the liberty of masking off the fork crown top and non-drive stay.
The d/t decals are wrong, and the original bikes had the top-tube cable loops painted black.
Still a great find, again a fine riding frame.
