A Duelco refillable grease gun with it's standard tip also works well and provides plenty of pressure to force the grease through Speedplays. I use it on my Frogs. Here is one source:

These things also work great as grease dispensers to fill hub bearing races, headset races, etc. and keep the grease off your hands. You can buy grease in large tubes or containers (I buy Phil Grease that way) and refill the gun while keeping the rest of the grease clean. Bulk grease is also way cheaper than 3-oz bike shop tubes.
