Ok guys well I took your advice went to the LBS and it seems that pretty much im a large , the guy at the store really seemed to be pushing the Giant Defy 3 and 2 at me they seemed pretty nice I have done a little research on them and it seems like a pretty decent bike , but I figured I would ask the pros price was about 7 and change for the 3 ... So I was really thinking about going back and getting it but not too sure
