If you need to ask anything on BF you're too ignorant to ride and should stay home and have a cup of tea.

Until you've done it its hard to predict how your legs will feel after 100 miles.
I usually run 23 and have no trouble on shorter rides but put on a 27 for epics.
Nothing worse than getting beaten by a hill. And that one looks pretty mean.
