sorry i don't know any power output information. i have never used my 34, but i live in an area that doesn't have many hills. largest one i can think of is about 1 mile at 4% average
i think i'm going to go with the 11-28, thanks for the suggestion. is it hard to switch them out?
No, switching cassettes is very easy. But that hill isn't going to be, whatever your gearing. If you've really never used the small ring, you're in for a very different experience.
