Good advice but totally not what I want to hear! I'm feeling decent today but still will not train over the weekend. I'm hoping that if I feel okay next week I can start working out and hopefully be good to go. Obviously I wouldn't race if I wasn't feeling 100%.

It just sucks because it's one of very few races that is spitting distance from home and lots of friends will be able to come out. But at the same time head injuries are not something to eff with.
