If I were you I'd wait till I'm 6 months post HA. Beta Blockers really slow me down and keeps my heart rate at a snails pace. Wait till you see what meds they will put you on and then decide. I'd like to get a new Tri bike myself but with my HR so slow would it really make a difference to justify the cost.
