it's not drilled for brakes and i don't think it's meant for urban riding, but you should still get it because it's completely wrong for the type of riding you want to do.
Thank God Surly changed their site design. I was getting pretty tired of the close-ups of arm hair, ketchup & mustard streaks, and cockroaches. So weird.
