I hate to be "that guy," but is your fork slightly bent? My highly scientific "hold-the-edge-of-a-piece-of-paper-up-to-computer-screen" technique makes it looks like it might be slightly tweaked.
Again, apologies whether it is bent or not. You pretty much cannot post a picture of a steel bike on the internet without some know-it-all thinking your fork is bent.
