Periodization. Aimed for two peaks this year, the first one was lackluster, I'm about to hit my taper week and I have a feeling I'm going to come back a lottttt stronger. Was doing a lot of vo2 intervals also other criterium specific intervals, I'll really find out after I let my body rebuild this week but I can tell I've gone to a new level. One thing I did differently was less riding and more resting but when I rode it was full out suffer sessions targeting particular things I needed to work on. Just cut out all the junk miles and traded them for rest days.
