If you want light...

novatec A291SB or formula RB-68 front hub, mack superlight rear hub, DT revolution spokes and kinlin XR-270 rims in 24f/28r.
If you're under 60kg, go for kinlin XR-200 rims in 28f/32r.
If you can afford it, AC micro 58 front hub
