my fiance' has the Evoke SL. it's EXTREMELY light. comes with the SRAM Red cassette, which you might not realize right away.
she just rode a century on it. i haven't seen any problems with it; the cosmetic layer of the CF weave has no more defects than my Felt F3SL. Kestrel has a very good reputation and history with CF frames, and the company is now owned by Fuji.

Dealing with bikesdirect was great. assembly was easy; i still had a LBS check my work.
