I haven't found an upper limit yet. I did a century with temperatures in the mid-90s and high humidity. I tend to ride slower in the heat, and drink plenty of water.

That said, I have found my lower-limit. I rode about 17 miles at 6F and it wasn't pleasant at all. Maybe if I buy more gear...
