'fraid so.
When I ride in I've got a shower, locker and indoor storage for my ride though. Monday and Wednesday evenings are soccer for the kids from 6-8:30ish. Throw them in the shower and bed then I can ride from 9-11ish. Start again at 6.
I used to ride at lunch when I worked in Toronto but I've a shorter lunch here.
