I thought hard about picking up the Soul 3.0 or 4.0 but the warranty concerned me versus a company that had US support/distributor.

I read on another thread about someone who had an issue and had to have his wheels shipped back to Singapore. Not only was he wheel-less for a while but he had to pay shipping to a US local. Soul did pay for shipping of new/repaired wheels to him which was good. In general, I haven’t seen a ton of negative comments on Soul Wheels. Best bang for the buck it seems. But knowing my luck, I would be the odd ball who would get defective wheels and have to deal with the whole shipping, warranty deal.

If Soul stepped up and did a 2 or 3 year warranty, which I don’t think is unreasonable (Bontrager has 5 years) with free shipping to and from on warranty issues, I would have felt more comfortable buying from them.
