My starting weight for this week in 332 flat. Today I ate some strawberry Activia yogurt and two wraps (whole wheat) stuffed with Italian roast beef and lean honey ham with swiss and horseradish cheddar and letuce (no condiments). Also had an ear of corn on the cob and some Crystal Lite iced tea.
Just finished 15 miles of riding (puts my weekly total up to 22.3) and I'm not sure what I'm doing for dinner yet. Probably the rest of the ham, some mac & cheese and a veggie (either corn or a salad).
