I have one of their T-shirts and a jacket. Both run true-to-size in that I wear medium tops and jackets from most places, including AA, and the Swrve mediums fit me the same. I would guess their mediums are 38-40 inches in the chest, and larges 42-44. But that's just a guess. Note that they tend to run a little longer in length (sleeves and tails) on purpose, to deal with your position when riding. Have you tried giving them a call?
