One of the new members of our club brought one to our last ride. He works for a bike shop and had a Di2 to test. It is quiet, shifts fast, has auto trim and is way out of my price range.

But face it even friction shifters aren't hard to shift it is just that new bifters are easier and more ergonomic. Electric shifters are simply even more ergonomic than bifters. But from what I understand they are no lighter than Dura Ace or SRAM Red.
