I'm sure it will go well but I'll wish you luck anyway.
A neighbor has been in the hospital for several days because he basically shattered his arm after colliding with a car. I've had a minor collision and nearly had another one last night. It was at a marked crossing. I slowed down as I approached it because drivers routinely ignore it. A driver looked like he was going to stop when he saw me but then speeded up as I slowed down. I let off the brakes when I saw him slowing. Long story short, my front wheel ended up less than a couple of inches from his car as he went through the crossing.
I once met a guy who claimed he'd been hit 7 times. Thought he was full of sh*&t but maybe not.
Over the course of my 30 year driving career, I've also been involved in a few accidents. None involved any injuries of note and most were very minor. So maybe it is inevitable. The silver lining is that for me the most likely scenario for a collision would be at pretty low speeds.
