OT but same impact...I was at a Dallas Stars playoff game once upon a time, with seats right off the glass by the visitor's bench. During the entire warmup time, these three young kids in front of me held up homemade signs and relentlessly bagged on Colorado's Joe Sakic whenever he skated by. Just before the puck was dropped to start the game, Sakic skated over and tossed each of them a game puck and said as he did, "You guys are some great fans." The kids couldn't believe it. To me that kind of attention to fans, especially the young ones, is the mark of the real pros.
