The tires came with the bike. They're "Specialized Touring II" , 27x 1.00" (clinchers). I don't know that they are "radial" per-se (I would not know how to recognize a radial tire) - but they are quite round, and roll well.
I don't think they are made anymore, but thankfully they're in excellent condition, so I won't be replacing them soon.
