I only got one with the frame.The bike is getting fit with STI shifters so I don't need the backing plate anyway. Also, this one that is stuck on there was partially damaged already from somebody trying to remove it.

I'll soak it with PB or something similar and try again tomorrow with some vise grips. Thanks guys (and gal).
