So today I ate more Activia yogurt for breakfast, two wraps (whole wheat) stuffed with Italian roast beef, lettuce, tomato and provolone (no condiments) for lunch, and had a small salad and spaghetti with spicy sausage for dinner. Also had some Crystal Lite iced tea.
I only rode 7.5 miles so far today because the heat index is 105 right now. (I know, right?!) But I'm going back out there in a few minutes since it's cooled down to a chilly 92. LOL!
