I replaced my 2008 rival group with this set.
IMHO, it is a good value for your money for weekend riders. Shifting is not as loud as sram and it is quieter than 105. In the drops, it is a little awkward in shifting(like campy stuff or sora).
I rode over 600 miles in the last two months with this setup.
