i noticed that too bianchigirl (mind tellin us your name??)

what i find odd however is while the lever is "up" the cam looks like its in the "closed" position. i.e. it appears like if you turned the lever down it would slacken the cable an open the brake.

here is my opinions:
- vintage bikes are all about what its worth to the buyer
- i would much rather spend $600 on this than a modern "beginners bike"
- victory (it looks to have and aluminum jockey wheel cage) is good solid stuff (and i dont mind the plain looks )
- it may not be a desirable frame, but its got classy italian style
- it probably rides great
- its not something you see everyday
- its a set of victory brakes, toe clips, and a longer stem away from being my perfect "city bike"
