I think running does burn more calories quicker but man oh man it's SO boring. I look forward to my daily rides so much, and dread running.
BTW does anybody know how my body will react if I had to jog for a week instead of bike? Going on a weeklong work trip and wanted to continue exercising. I assume I'll be in good shape for running because I'm doing 37 miles a day, 4 days a week on my bike?
