Bikes: 531 steel frame Peugeot (20 yrs old) and 2005 Tommaso AS2

I still run regularly - just back from 4 miles at lunch, actually. I think the cross-training improves my conditioning and endurance for both biking and running. A little more subjectively, I think the muscle groups for each sport "like" cross training, because they seem to get stronger and more fit in different ways. You're less likely to hurt something if you cross-train; it's less boring, too.
