I am curious as to what other supplements you guys use? In addition to Gatorade, I take multivitamin, fish oil, protein, cretin, glucosamine (for joints), and beta alanine (muscle recovery) on a daily basis. It may seem excessive but since I am training for marathon and running 30 miles a week on top of cycling, I'd love to get as much help as I can. Somehow Hammer spoils my stomach so I stopped after only two days.
