How long is the Nyack Ride? I think I'm almost ready.
The only thing holding me back from showing you up is the 750 miles from here to there.
For most of the year it's nearly 50 miles, a couple of climbs, each about a mile long, one in the middle, one at the end. If you're not in shape you'll get popped on the climb in the middle. I'd say to hang on that ride you need average Cat 4 fitness most of the time, sometimes less.
