Sun UFO only come in ISO 559mm 26" size.

I think the only ISO 571mm 650c size rim currently made by sun is the ME14

Sun UFO is one of the lighter MTB rims and comes in 24, 28 and 32h drillings.
Sun makes 24h MTB hubs, as does DT swiss.

the most simplest way to lace it up to a cheap and common shimano hub is to do the 24 on 36 trick I posted above. It's very straight forward.
