Did you mean the Overdrive model? That was a very good mountain bike back in the day. However, rigid fork mountain bikes are not selling for the same money as vintage road bikes. Cleaned up with a lubed chain and ride ready, including the front derailer, it will sell for somewhere around $100 to $125. The price does depend on where you live. BTW, don't sell on ebay, sell it locally on Craigslist.
If you have a rusted, stuck cable, it is worth fixing. If the shifter is gummed up and a little WD-40 can free it up, then that's worth repairing. Replacing the shifter can get pricey.
Selling it as is, it might be worth $40 or $50 to a bike flipper who really wants it. At a garage sale, maybe $20.
