K i want to order one of these things. I ride a 54 cm Cdale six13, but i have something like a 14 cm saddle to handle bar drop so i'm thinking a 56 cm would fit me more comfortably. I'm 5'10 with a 33" inseam and a 6'2 armspan, lanky as hell i know.

Can someone please advise me whether i should order a 54 or 56?
