Here is the deal: I'm looking for a "do all" type of bike; in May 6 I can get 20% of REI stuff (their sale)and their Randonee will be aprox. $750. A BadBoy is still $900 but I can switch the wheels with 700s.... The Randonee has a drop bar...... I want a flat one! Expences with the brake handles, shifters, cables. I like that frame (Reynolds 853 would be better) and the places to install fenders and racks, I like the crank sets but I hate the 2005 colour. What should I do? Can I put some fat wheels on Novara? Is it worth the expense? Can I get something else? Other kind of Novara (Safari, Express), Kona Dew? Specialized Crossroad XC? I think I got a bad case of info overload..........
