The product I linked looks a lot like a quil stem system but if you look closely on the package it says that it works with threaded AND threadless forks. I will try and take some pictures of my bike a bit later tonight and post them for reference. I don't think I want to raise my bars anymore than they are because they are already at the same height as the saddle. However, I was able to get them that high by a very steep and short riser stem.
