The systems SHOULD come pre-bled and ready to install and ride. Assuming that this is the case, and it appears to be that way from the picture in your link, then you can more or less ignore the fact that it's a hydraulic system for a good year or two depending on how often and how aggresively you ride.

The calipers may get a little sticky and when that happens you'll notice that you hear the pads "zing" on the rotor discs. The cure is to use some automotive brake cleaner squirted into the gap where the rotor fits. Ideally remove the pads so the cleaner actually cleans around the edges of the pistons.

And since all this sounds like it's very new to you I'd suggest you google for "bicycle hydraulic brake maintenance" and read some of the fine links that come up for info on how the systems work and some factors in maintaining them.
